  • Yes! We love collaborating with architects and builders on new construction homes and remodels. The earlier we’re brought into the project, the more impact we can have on layout, finishes, and flow.

  • We offer both. Smaller projects are typically billed hourly, while larger remodels or furnishing projects may be structured as both flat design fee and hourly. We’ll walk you through your options after our initial consultation.
