Deco Glam

Designing a new construction home offers a rare opportunity: the chance to infuse a fresh space with true personality from day one. For our Deco Glam project in Orinda, California, we took that opportunity and ran with it — blending bold materials, rich textures, and elegant details to create a home that feels both glamorous and deeply livable.

This home is a study in balance. Touches of luxury — from velvet seating and Lucite tables to mirrored cabinetry and Deco-inspired light fixtures — are grounded by clean lines and a modern layout. The jewel of the space is the hand-painted Fromental wallpaper, which adds drama and artistry without ever feeling overdone.

Despite the sparkle, this home never feels too precious. Every room is approachable, tailored, and meant to be lived in. It’s glamorous, yes — but it’s also welcoming. Just the way we like it.
