Project Complete: A Modern Bay View Home in Sausalito

There’s nothing quite like finishing a home you’ve poured so much heart into — especially one as special as this modern retreat in Sausalito, California. Perched above the water with sweeping views of the bay, this custom home was designed for a family of six who wanted something functional, inspiring, and completely their own.

With expansive windows throughout, the house is flooded with natural light at every hour of the day. The design celebrates that connection to the landscape, pairing clean, modern lines with warm materials that ground the space and create a sense of calm. From sunlit mornings in the kitchen to golden-hour reflections in the living room, this home was built to embrace the view — and life within it.

We designed every room with purpose and personality in mind, balancing open gathering spaces with private zones for retreat and rest. With a family of six, flow and function were just as important as form — and we’re proud of how it all came together.
