Principal

A California native with a global perspective, Jeffrey Neve brings a layered, thoughtful approach to every project. His interiors are rich with color, texture, and meaning—each one tailored to reflect the lives of the people who live there. Known as a design chameleon, Jeffrey’s work doesn’t follow a formula; instead, he listens carefully, collaborates closely, and crafts homes that feel personal, refined, and beautifully livable.

Before founding Jeffrey Neve Interior Design in 2017, Jeffrey honed his eye for detail and style during his early career as a fashion executive at Nordstrom, followed by years working with two respected Bay Area design firms. His deep knowledge of both design and construction allows him to guide clients seamlessly through the process—from big-picture vision to the smallest finishing touch. His work has appeared in Architectural Digest, Elle Decor, House Beautiful, California Home + Design, Gentry, 7x7, and Diablo Magazine, earning him a reputation for creating imaginative, balanced spaces with heart.

DORIAN MCRAE

Senior Designer

Dorian McRae joined Jeffrey Neve Interiors in 2020 and now serves as Senior Designer. She graduated from UCLA with a degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering, earned her Certified Financial Planner designation in 2017, and completed her Certificate in Interior Design from UCLA Extension in 2024. Her diverse background in engineering and finance provides her with a multifaceted skill set that emphasizes a strong work ethic, keen attention to detail, and a commitment to excellent customer service, enabling her to approach projects with a unique perspective.

Dorian’s passion for continuous learning enriches her understanding and appreciation of interior design and architecture. Her approach is also profoundly influenced by her love for travel, having spent years living abroad in Singapore and Seoul, always seeking opportunities to experience and integrate new design elements.
